Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate where applicable.
Delivery costs to mainland UK addresses including insurance for original artworks are included.
Delivery
We only deliver items from the merchandise section within the mainland UK.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 30 working days.

Purchasing

Items in the merchandise section of our website are subject to availability.
To purchase any of the items or artworks on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page.
When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now",
we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation
to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed.
For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet.
We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
When purchasing original artworks please ensure that you satisfy yourself that you have enough information to make a clear purchasing decision.

Cancellations, returns and refunds.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds on cancelled or accidental orders of items purchased from the merchandise section.
If you are unsatisfied with the item(s) received we can offer replacement items to the
equivalent or greater value on the return to us of the original items in good condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the adequate packing and postage of the returned item(s).
Please note, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds of original artworks.
We may be willing to offer an alternative artwork of equivalent or greater value
